About Our CoinsAre GeocoinClub.com Geocoins Trackable on Geocaching.com?Indeed they are! The Activation Codes to begin tracking your Geocoin on Geocaching.com is held in our Activation Code Database located at http://www.GeocoinClub.com/Code.php. An email will be sent to your email address with your activation code.
How do I get a back issued coin?Previous month coins may be available in the Member's Only Store, if there are quantities left. Current Club Members receive the password to the store in their monthly coin shipment.

the following diagram. Your first coin will be issued the month after you sign up for the Geocoin Club. How do I renew my subscription?Subscriptions auto-renew through PayPal. If you want to keep your suscription as it is, you don't need to do a thing. PayPal will automatically renew your subscription when the time comes.
How do I cancel my subscriptionTo cancel your subscription, you will need to cancel it with PayPal. Click here for the PayPal cancellation page. Once you have terminated your subscription there, you will not be charged for the next subscription cycle, but your current subscription will be fulfilled.
Can I have more than one subscription?A: Yes, you can use the form on the front page to sign up for an additional subscription.
Can I buy a subscription for a friend?A: Yes, simply sign up for an additional subscription, but provide your friend's address as the shipping address. When you do this, you will also be charged when the subscription renews.
Can I buy gift certificates?A: Not currently. We provide gift certificates as donations to events but do not offer them for sale. To buy a gift subscription, simply create a new subscription but provide your friend's address. If you do not want the subscription to auto renew, simply cancel the subscription immediately after payment is sent. We will continue to send coins for the subscription period, but the subscription will not end.
I want to upgrade or modify my subscription, can I?A: To modify or upgrade a subscription, simply sign up for the new subscription you would like and email info@geocoinclub.com with your old subscription ID and request cancellation and refund of any remaining months. Why do we do it this way? Previously, we allowed you to modify your current subscription. However, with PayPal they will not make the change until the end of your current subscription period. So if you are 1 month into a 6 month subscription and wish to make a change, using the old way you would have to wait 5 months for the change to take effect - not so great! This new method allows us to process your changes more immediately. You will not experience a gap in service. .
About the Geocoin ClubWho is behind the Geocoin Club?The Geocoin Club was started by Rusty (Rusty), Mike (Trippy1976), and Ben (Bjorn74) in June 2005. Mike and Rusty carry on the tradition of producing great new coin designs each month to this day! Over the course of the summer, dozens of coin designs were created and critiqued resulting in a beginning portfolio of coin designs that they believed to represent the heart of the sport we all love, Geocaching. We have been caching for almost 13 years, have found thousands of geocaches, have placed a bunch of geocaches, and planned events attended by thousands (Mike is co-founder and co-planner for MWGB since 2005). They have been involved in forming several Geocaching organizations and planning major events. They live in different states (Michigan and Florida). Our combine experience in caching, distinct caching locales, and friendships make us uniquely qualified to provide this kind of service.
Can I use GeocoinClub.com's Activation Code application for my coins?We provide use of this service to people with geocaching.com trackable coins for no fee. Please contact us to coordinate the load of your code. 7-10 days advanced notice is reccommended.
Would you sponsor my event?A: We have a limited number of coins and certificates available for event sponsorship. Contact us at info@geocoinclub.com to inquire if you would like us to provide something for an event prize table.
Will you make a personal coin for me?A: Not through The Geocoin Club, but you can through Direct Mint.
